All privacy screens have been designed to be secured to a fence, wall or frame. To secure to a colorbond fence you would use tech screws. Brick walls you would drill a hole. Plug the hole and then screw into hole. If you want to attach to a metal frame you can tech screw or weld onto frame.

This depends on your climate. Ideally if the weather is wet then has dry conditions and this cycle is repeated. Then a rusty patina will develop a lot quicker. If you have very dry weather it's going to take a lot longer. Generally, it takes 3 to 12 months to develop a rusty patina.
